hello peeps...yesterdae went for soccer training..kaozz...was dam dam tiring...my fitness drop so much sia..anyway had to do footwork drills first then had some passing drilll...was dam dam complicated i tell u...then played match..had to play three times..after every match must run two rounds around the pitch then go play match again....madness...hahah anyway i just woke up la.....need ta go wash up...haha...bye

oh ya did i tell u before the dinner i went for soccer training and i kena bleep test...it was a real killer....i only got till level 8..
